BOSS is a brand new seating solution which matches the shape of the seat to support exactly the shape of the user. Using up-to-the-mintue digital technology, BOSS can produce an image of a users posture in sitting or lying, and translate that into a custom-produced solution in foam or ABS plastic.

Soft Seating

We can produce BOSS solutions for a variety of soft and comfortable seating products, including manual and powered wheelchairs, the Hydrotilt chair, the Modulair Rise Recline Chair, and the Huggle.  The BOSS solution is designed to work accurately with these chassis, and enables the seat to be positioned and used with confidence. Using DDU (digital drape upholstery), we then ensure that the decorative cover is perfectly matched to the contours of the mould, with no excess surface tension to interfere with the pressure reduction capabilities of the mould.

Shower Seating

BOSS solutions are ideally suited for providing support in the shower or over the WC. Utilising our ABS vaccuum technology, we can create a moulded waterproof solution that is strong and robust. With a bonded neoprene surface for comfort and stability, the BOSS shower solution is the most comfortable product available in this sector. We can create apertures for support and safety belts thus ensuring that the solution delivered is ready to use.
